GPU FAN CABLE BROKEN

GUYS, i bought a 1070ti sh, and i wanted to put new thermal paste on it. I tried pulling the fans cable out, but 1 wire literally broke. PLEASE HELP. Is it repairable or replaceable?

is this out of warranty? If so you might want to find a reputable repair shop to take it to.

 

if you really want to fix this yourself and void all warranty than you could solder a short wire for slack than solder that to the broken of connector point.

way more wire than you will need btw.

The guy  i bought it from didn t give me any warranty, and if i order anything from amazon, it will.arrive in 1 month, i will find someone to repair it for me, but do you what would it cost? Approximately?

For anyone who solders regularly, that should be a sub-5 minute job with basically no material costs-- I'd expect a charge of <$20s. If you have a local makerspace/ hacker meetup/ school engineering dept. you can probably find someone to do it for a beer.
