Posted September 22, 2019 Better get the Zowie XL2411P is the best option. It's truly and old monitor but you can easily play 1080p games at 144Hz. i think its uses VA panel (might not be true) but it is the budget friendly monitor for competitive gaming like CSGO, Overwatch and FPS shooters. Screen tearing will appear when there are too many frames than the monitor can refresh. My monitor for example is 60Hz and if fps goes above 60, I'll get screen tearing.
