game keeps lagging with good connection

i have been having a problem when playing on any multiplayer server,

 

1. i have good connection 

2. i am using java 64 bit

3. i have 8gb of ram dedicated to MC 

4. tried turning the firewall off

5. reinstalling mc and java

 

 

this is a vid of the lag! it happens 2 times.

First define good connection. Are you using WiFi? Where's the server located and where are you?
