Budget Gaming $700 Build

Hi, I am wanting to build a decent gaming streaming build for as close to $700 as I can get. This will be my first desktop in over 10 years since I last built one. I'm trying to get the most bang for my buck and have something that I can upgrade later on with out to much issue. Example of games I plan to Minecraft, Shenmue 3, Tomb Raider, Wow, Borderlands 3, to give you an idea. I am not looking to play at the highest settings but would still like to achieve something. I been playing around on PCPartPicker and looking at other builds in my price range which I will post my results below. I would like any suggestions for improvements or pointing out of any issues I might run into with the parts. I plan to also look on ebay when buying also to hopefully get better deals.

Good build but there's almost no point in buying Ryzen 2000 unless you can find a stupid good deal on a CPU and motherboard combo. Get Ryzen 3000.

So would you recommend the Ryzen 5 3200G over the 2600x. Then I see the mother board might need a bios update if I switch to a 3000 series cpu
