You don't need the AIO, the Wraith Prism is more than enough. Also, the 2070 non super is poor value, 260 Super or RX 5700. If you can, the 2070 Super and 5700 XT are even better.

You also don't need 650W considering the system barely uses 350W

is the wraith prism the heat sink that comes with the cpu?
