You don't need the AIO, the Wraith Prism is more than enough. Also, the 2070 non super is poor value, 260 Super or RX 5700. If you can, the 2070 Super and 5700 XT are even better.

You also don't need 650W considering the system barely uses 350W

From what i've heard it's really not worth it going for the x version of ryzen 3, but someone else here knows more about that than me, i'd also recommend a NVMe SSD instead of the sata one you have listed

Yes. It's a very competent cooler and performs about the same as a 120mm H60 AIO
