You can just install windows without a key, but what's your current PC?

More than likely find a used R7 1700, with a decent X370 or X470 motherboard. and some 3000-3200mhz RAM.

Why cuda? As at least in the US RX 470s-580s are $100-120 used and are fine for 1080p high settings gameplay and for getting something for video editing. Probably look for a cheap 980ti for that budget if you really need cuda.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Dad bought windows for me while getting new pcs for his company.

For cuda part. I just wanted to emphasize that I want nvidia gpu, nothing else.

AMD is just generally cheaper for the same performance as their nvidia counterparts for no real reason, their software is perfectly fine for polaris/vega.

And RX 470-580 cards just got AMD's new upscaling tech, so you can cheat out more performance if you go to a higher resolution.

Doesn't look like they're too far apart on the poland ebay though. More than likely you'll have to get a used CPU/GPU for what you're trying to do with that budget.

1060 6GB

Although for higher end cards, the GTX 1070 looks like the best one to get, just don't get one with a small cooler. Vega 56 is overpriced on your ebay.

He wants Cuda cores for his software use.

PCPartpicker doesn't have Poland, but here is an idea of some parts you could look at locally at a $700 budget.

For Blender and Unity have 8GBs of VRAM vs 6GBs may be more useful at the same price point.

A 1070 makes more sense than a 1660ti IMO. For the extra VRAM.
