Won'y Boot

So my roomate just installed a H100i in his system and now it wont boot. I'm able to get into bios but no longer. The motherboard displays A3/AE which is IDE Detect(A3)/Legacy Boot Event(AE) but thats it. I do not know what it means so if anyone knows, bring it :)

 

Its a Asus Maximus VI Hero with a i5 4670K, primary boot drive is a Crucial M500 and it has 8GB Kingston HyperX Blk.

 Asus Rampage IV Formula | i7 3820@4.3GHz | Asus GTX670 SLI | 16GB Kingston HyperX Black The Gathering edt. | H100 | 120GB Intel 330 | 240GB Intel 530 | Seagate 2TB | Seagate 4TB | CM Storm Stryker | Corsair CX750M

Unplug everything take it out of the case and put everything back in
