60hz screen + ps4 ghosting question

Hello, i noticed that i see sort of ghosting on my screen when used with ps4. For example when i move apex legends cursor in menu in full speed. I am coming from 144hz pc gaming panel, so iam not sure if that is normal for all 60hz panels or should i look for better one ? Monitor is Philips 278E8QJAB it should be 4 ms response time panel. Thank you
