Pc Crashes Randomly

Since my friend built his new pc yesterday ever since he installed windows the computer randomly crashes. Sometimes the computer will stay on for an hour before crashing sometimes it will stay on for a few minutes before crashing. The pc doesn't completely turn off it just restarts every time. We ran a stress test on the cpu, gpu, memory, cache, etc. and did not crash during any of the stress tests. No matter if the pc is under load or not it will still restart. Sometimes no programs will be open. We ran furmark and aida64. It passed furmark and we ran aida64 for 15+ minutes. After running the tests we played rocket league for about 10 minutes then pc restarted 3 times. Is there any known fix for this?
