MX Master Lagging in Windows 10

Hey guys,

So I'm having some problems with my MX Master (1st gen) stuttering and lagging when I'm trying to use it on my desktop. It will stutter for a brief period and then go back to being normal. It is getting really annoying and im wondering if anybody has any ideas on how to fix this. I built my PC myself and it has a bluetooth card in it so that shouldn't be the problem.
