What would be the  best parts right now for 400 Euros and also egilible for further upgrades such as powerfull gpu etc.

It should Run CSGO, GTA V Minecraft, while using DC etc.

And also it would be great if you could suggest me monitor (out of this 400 eur price)

Do you have any Latvian dealers you're looking at? The only option we have outside of a specific dealer is to look nearby on PCPartpicker.

The Swedish options there are pretty overpriced, and Russia isn't an option.

That said, the Ryzen 5 2400G is a 4C/8T APU for a nice low price. It's little sister, the Ryzen 3 2200G is a savings, but lacks the SMT and has a weaker iGPU. I wouldn't personally make that cut if I were trying to go the APU route, since when you add a GPU later, you've still got a reasonably powerful 8 thread CPU with the 2400G.

The newest gen 3400G is not a whole lot more, but has touchier (more expensive) motherboard needs (at least in terms of setting up BIOS) than the previous and is only .1/.3ghz faster than the 2nd gen.

It may still be worth grabbing if you could find either an MSI B450 A-Pro or B450/M Gaming Plus board on the cheap, since the way Zen 2 processes IS better for gaming, more efficient, and runs cooler.

Nah the prices in local shops are yust like dollars, but in euros, i found myself parts like this

Ryzen 3 2200G(Cant tell mobo rn gotto check, but it was msi)

8Gb 3000mhz ram

480 gb ssd

430w psu

Some cheap case and a Aoc 60hz monitor 19" for 62 euros

Should i get the ryzen 5 2400g,instead of r3 2200g,if i should which mobo would fit this processor?

I do suggest the 2400G if you're planning to game on it for any amount of time.

As for compatible MOBOs on the budget end, I'd look at:

MSI B450 A-Pro

ASRock B450(M) Pro 4

Gigabyte B450M Aorus M

Or if you could find a reasonably priced Tomahawk or Bazooka Plus, those would be a good step up in quality, but a little pricier.

Be careful with the power supply, a cheapo can literally set your stuff on fire (rare, but I wouldn't just buy a no name unit.)

There is a lot more to it than just Wattage.

I'd look at a Corsair CX or BeQuiet! System Power 9 unit on the budget end.

I agree with the 2400g. There's a point where you go too cheap to have a meaningful experience. Linus talked about it a few years ago with cheap GPUs.

OP I would go with the 2400g because you're actually getting more bang for your buck with it.

+1 2400g. When I initially built my PC, I wasn't planning on gaming but was pleasantly surprised how well the igpu runs games at reasonable settings. Later, I added a RX 570 after I became interested in VR and it runs like a charm.

I built a family member a R3 2200g and that also is a great CPU for a tight budget. However, if I remember correctly he was suffering ~5-10 fps loss with CSGO and World of warships compared to mine. I'd go with the R5 as a 4c/8t CPU is more future proof.

I think that the key benefit to look at here is that when you decide to pop a GPU into the PC, with the 2200G you're still stuck with a 4 core, 4 thread CPU. Whereas with the 2400G, you've got the 4 extra threads. It's actually a pretty solid CPU, especially at the budget.

The difference in gaming at the APU level will still be fairly minimal, but the 2400 will also be the better option there.

I do often combat the 2400G with a proposition of a Ryzen 5 1600 and a used RX 570 (or even R9 280X). This would be a MUCH more powerful gaming setup, and likely only a bit more expensive than a 2400G. But it's hard to say with a pricing market I don't know anything about.

Yeah you want hyperthreading now with anything with 4 cores for sure. I have a i5 6600k and it's struggling

The 6600K actually unfortunately suffers from all sorts of issues in framerate drops, etc.

It's kind of an Intel anomaly. But yes, 4 cores is barely enough to get by these days.

Looks good my friend. Make sure your motherboard has the proper IO to output HDMI, DVI, or DisplayPort

That looks solid for the price point!

My only note of critique is to say that if you do want a GPU in the future, you may find that 450W unit a squeeze, though there are plenty of GPUs with a lower TDP that you could likely make work.

If you encounter a game that really makes the APU struggle, you could always kick the settings down to 900p, and honestly on a 19" monitor, it might not even make that big a difference visually. (It will make some difference, I'm just not sure how much.)

Should be solid, but like @trevb0t said the PSU may limit you on GPU upgrades in the future, though probably not too much. I've ran a 980 Ti off a CX450M with no issues, and most GPUs aren't as hungry as that card (it's a 250W card, something like a 1660 Ti barely pulls 130W max).

Side note, the 3000G series isn't Zen 2, it's Zen+. APUs are always one generation behind (the 2200G and 2400G were Zen, same as 1000 series Ryzens).

Thank you for that! Does that mean that the 3400G is BIOS compatible with all B450 series boards?

I don't think so lol, they still have slightly different iGPUs and stuff, will still need a BIOS update.

I do want gpu in future, so i should get 500w or 550w psu? And lowering graphics would be no issue for me *coughing* intel hd graphics.

I always personally look at 550W units as my baseline. You may not technically need it, but that's just how most well made units come is 450-550-650-750 etc.

And yeah, the Corsair CX series is a solid choice.

Also the Vega 11 in the 2400G will certainly be a step up from your previous Intel HD :)
