I have the G305 as my gaming mouse for shooters, and on mine it feels like both the mouse buttons take the same amount of pressure to press, and I don't find myself accidentally pressing buttons.

My First (Current) Build:

As a G305 owner of 6 months, I don't feel as if the buttons on mine are different in weights. My left and right buttons are perfectly balanced.

It seems like your second-hand G305 owner was super aggressive on that right button.

Since it dosn't bother me seeing the tissue coming out of the button I wanna know if it can damage something inside the mosue :D

If it works, no worries! I can't imagine sticking a wee tissue up there won't hurt anything.
