Build up for Streaming!

Hey yall,

i recently upgraded my whole PC after the Ryzen 3. Gen came out.

 

What did i bought? 

Exactly THAT:

 

Ryzen 9 3900x

MSI MPG x570 Gaming Pro Carbon

32GB G-Skill Trident Z Royal Gold DDR4-3600

500 Watt be quiet Pure Power 11 CM Modular 80+ Gold 

Enermax Aqua 240 AIO

GTX 1070 (Didnt upgrade it yet because i think/thougt its enough)

 

My Setup is build up for RGB and it looks amazing !

 

BUT i recently started Streaming for fun. To see if i can build a community. 

Anyway my Stream encodes over my CPU and ive some problems with it.

 

My Stream kinda "Stutters" and my question is could it be my GPU?

I tested absolutly every OBS settings and nothing helps.

The only thing i noticed was if i set the CPU preset on veryfast theres no stutter but at the same time the quality isnt nice.

I usually set the CPU preset on medium and i looked up if other people have same problems and actually everyone saying i shouldnt have ANY problem but ive! 

 

Yes i Stream with 1 PC because i thougt this should be enough for Game and Stream without any problem.

 

 

And which GPU would u guys build on that setup?

I thougt about a 2070 Super.

Before you spend money on a GPU is there a way you can test another GPU to see if that solves the problem?

 

On paper, you have a good system. You have a good CPU and enough RAM. I don't know much about the 1070 but I know it's still powerful.
