What do you want to use it for? You can go into any electronic retailer and pick up almost any laptop with an SSD and 8GB RAM and have a perfectly good workstation for basic tasks that will last a few years.

 

(The fact you used Euros means you can pick from any EU country, look at Germany for the cheapest prices, but be aware of shipping costs)
