Video/photo editing pc ?

I’m looking to buy a mini pc good for editing photos and videos need help with picking parts though. My budget is not super high but decent like around 400-600$

Your not going to be really getting a great pc for that without looking into Used Pc's and such. Is this for a hobby or a job?

When you say video editing you mean Premiere and Photoshop ? The est CPU would be a Ryzen 3600 or 3900 all out, which I don't think is in your budget at all.Grab a 3600 with with 3200Mhz 32GB Ram Kit which is way under 200 bones now. Also you would would need a nice graphics processor. I would say Ryzen a 5700 not even XT. A 550watt PSU bronize rating will be fine. Grab a SSD 1TB for sure.Also for mobo you can grab a Gigbyte x470 Elite. Anthing furter, please let me know.
