Sound Problems

I've Recently connected my tv too my pc over HDMI, and cant seem too get any sound through it, I have updated and re-installed all drivers, disabled hyper v and so on but im having no luck, 

I have 3 displays including the TV all connected too the graphics card, any help would be appreciated, Thank

Choose default output in Windows and/or in Nvidia control panel. Some programs (players) have separate output settings.

There's been a lot of sound issues since one of the newer big Windows updates and they know about it; they're lookin into it, but they're not sure how to fix it last I've heard - I'm havin the same issues, along w/people I play games with
