Budget Wireless Gaming/ Normal Headset

Hey I got a new PC and i am still looking for a good budget headset(up to 80$)  I`d refer a wireless but if it is not possable i wouldnt mind to go wired.....

I took a look on the Sound Surge 60... Are they good ones or should I look further...

If it isnt good please recommend some Headsets..
