Try running memtest on your Ram, possibly even downloading "blue screen view" to view the dumpfile and give more information. If neither of them bring up anything, is the PSU powerful enough to run the PC.

Are the crashes totally random or a certain time after boot/ starting up certain applications/programs.

Also would suggest googling the variety of codes it gave you and match up with the plethora of other posts of forum sites explaining similar issues.

<Data Name="BugcheckCode">257</Data> = a hex value of 101, or Bug Check code of 0x101 (0x00000101) which is a CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.

This could be caused by a bad OC, issue with RAM, the BIOS may need to be updated, etc.

Definitely try running the Windows Memory Diagnostic (just search it) to see if it's a RAM issue for now, and do  an SFC /SCANNOW in an administrative command prompt. There's a very good chance if you re-used your OS drive and upgraded CPU, RAM, and MB that either, a Windows file is corrupt, or you have some mangled ass drivers.

Please post the fulll specs of the system and indicate if you have an overclock running, and also put what you upgraded from please.
