Quantity of fans in my build.

2 or 3 fans should be plenty. 

Depending on how tight the cables are against the bottom of the motherboard, you can fit 1-2 bottom intakes under the graphics card. Along with a rear exhaust, that should be plenty for airflow. 

SW3's are excellent but the pricing is a bit high. 

I'd recommend going with some cheaper alternatives like NF-P12's for bottom intake and NF-S12B for rear exhaust.
