Is this normal ???

Basically my windows default background is SUPER bright for some reason and i don't know why, its on my new pc and i don't know how to check all my drivers are installed properly and unigine heaven will notwork for me and i cant check my gpu ussage or my cpu temp in msi afterburner as it said my gpu was being used at 65578% or something like that and it just strait up doesn't give me the option to check cpu temps.

If you know of a fix for any of these issues then please post your reply.

I will post a screenshot later when i get home

Open the radeon settings and go to the software tab.  It will show the version there.

Id delete and reinstall afterburner.

Can you just change the screen brightness in windows?  Or maybe a new background image?

^^^

Windows 1903 defaults to a bright blue windows background with the light theme which happens to be pretty damn bright, that's just normal. Change it to dark mode and a different wallpaper if you don't like it.

You can change the background before you get a key by just right clicking on the image you want and selecting "set as desktop". Changing to dark theme does take an activated install tho.

either there or in the bottom right corner where the little up arrow is ^.

AH, yeah, you'll want to activate to make changes.  I think MS might do this on purpose to make people want to activate hehe...
