Please Help w/ PC Upgrade

Go to solution Solved by 191x7,

Going from Intel to Intel should not require you to reinstall Windows, but it might require you to reactivate Windows.

But it would be recommended to make backups and do a clean Windows install.

I am going to be upgrading my PC in a few months. I would like to have all my original Storage (OS, Apps, & Games) to still work. With needing to only download the new drivers. I am going to upgrade my (Motherboard, CPU, RAM, & GPU).

Is what I want to do possible or will I have to start from scratch with my OS, Apps, & Games? Is there a way to make it work at all? Could I transfer the data over?

Any help and/or advice will be hugely appreciated and graciously accepted.

**New Question... can I use system backup/restore to move all data to new PC??**
