Hello, an AR studio has given a job opportunity, and they jsut require me to send one of my models to them in the correct format for them.

It requires me to export the object as an OBJ, but it the front of the model needs to be in the z = 1 direction, and the back in the z = -1 direction. How do I check this? 

They also require my textures for the material.

The albedo channel must not have any baked in lighting. Already got that covered.

Roughness and Metalness are covered as well.

The normal channel must have 3 channels for the world space coordinates.

How do i check if the metalness and roughness are only using one channel? Does that refer to them not being able to have lightmaps and such?
