New PC keeps resetting.

Newly built PC
 Not mine but most expensive build I have done.  Keeps resetting. Randomly first happened after running time spy . Then happened opening up steam. Then happened plugging in headset.  Then was fine for 3 hours then happened while playing games. I'm stumped. Any ideas?
850 PSU
X570 Asus TUF mobo
Asus rog 2080 ti 
Ryzen 7 3700x
Hyper 212 Evo black edition
Samsung SSD 1tb
 And a HP 250 gig nvme drive .  

And a old g skill 2133 16 gig kit we are re using from his old build.
