Best Solution for Network?

Hello all, 

I am trying to setup the best solution for my Home Network but have so much hardware that I am struggling to decide on best options in the UK relying on Virginmedia's ISP (as they have the fastest speeds available to my area right now). 

 

I was using Netgear Nighthawk Hardware but recently got the ASUS GT-AX11000 router for my gaming PC. I have attached a basic map of what I currently have "bolted-on" but I want to fix it to a decent system that works together rather than the routers all trying to setup their own wifi (or is this better to distribute the load? as I have so much on wifi access)

 

You will see I tried to use the Nighthawk XR700 SFP+ 10G but this has never worked despite pairing up with 10Gtek® 10GbE PCIE Network Card

 

Thoughts?
