Stuck at boot

Okey so i just upgraded my computer, but when i booted up the computer i got to the bios meny but when i try to boot windows from my ssd it gets stuck. I tries to remove a stick of ram but did not work. I tried a windows usb boot device thingy but got stuck in the same meny. I have tries to turn on and off xmp and suprice it did not work. So i am working with a asus rog z390 h motherbord, ram is aorus 3200 mhz 2x8 and a i7 9700k

Might be something with bootloader volume or some other device that can't be initialized by OS correctly and, because of this, have drivers loaded properly. Try removing SSD first and launch from USB. If that doesn't work, try other pieces one at a time.

Have to try that tomorow! Thanks for the tip. Been trying to get this thing to work for about 4hours
