HTPC Graphics Card

Hello I have recently built a HTPC to be used on our TV. It is only 1080 btw. The case recommends that I use a blower style graphics card.

I have looked into the options but could do with some advice please.

 

The only current cards I can find are the Asus Turbo RTX range and the new AMD Reference RX5700.

I could go old gen and get a Asus Turbo GTX card.

I recently purchased a 1070Ti Asus Turbo second hand but it is going back as there is residue from a possible leak on the PCB. Btw it ran very well at 1080p obviously...

 

I was thinking of going RTX 2060, seems to be slower than the 1070Ti but I'm sure it will do!

The reference RX5700 cards don't look a good as they are hot and consume lots of power and my PSU is the recommended size.

If I could find a new GTX1060 do you think that would play max settings 1080p? I can't see me upgrading the TV any time soon, so 1080 will be max

New GTX cards are around but I would be paying more that a 2060!

Are they any other blower style graphics cards around? I was hoping for a 1660Ti Asus turbo edition, but they don't have one!

not in every game. a 1660 or 1070 will do that.
