New system does not boot

Hello,

I have started to build my new system today, but it does not boot.

My specs:

Ryzen 5 3600

Msi b450 a pro

Ballistix sport ddr4 3200mhz

 

First i started with updating the bios using flashback + , after this the led started blinking white 3 times.

Than i assembled everything but only got the fans spinning and a white led labeled "cpu"

I tried booting with one or no stick of ram, but the light is still lit.

 

I am pretty sure that i installed everything right, what else could be the problem?

Seems like your debug cpu light is burning. Try reseating the cpu and see if it boots

Check the CPU and socket for damage or dirt.

Both looks clean, also no bent pins

I guess i will send the cpu back and order a new one, although i am not 100% sure that it is faulty.

 

The thing that confuses me the most is that most tutorials on bios flashback+ state that the light will flash red while mine was white.
