Does anyone else have the same issue? It does not reach and peak at my max download speed.

I have had this problem in the UK in the past, just gotta put up with it unfortunately. 

 

If you have a shiny green team GPU why not consider signing up to and participating in the LTT folding month, prizes to be won along with some badges for the forum.
