Yep, that's it. 

 

Use the USB Windows Media Creation tool, boot via USB and then select the 860EVO to install to.

Im buying a 860 EVO (SATA) to put into my current build and i dont know how to setup that drive for booting my PC. I also want to add a few games to the drive so that they load faster. I have my product key if thats necessary and all i want to do is add the ssd to my current build and setup it up for booting. i dont want to delete anything and i dont want to move everything from my HHD in my current build to the SSD.

You'll either need to install Windows fresh on it, or clone it.  Sounds like you don't want everything from your current drive on it so a fresh install is what I recommend.

Ok thank you so much, so what ill do is ill install the windows 10 downloader thingy (i dont know the name) and then ill put that im installing windows 10 on it, then when its running i can select that drive as the main boot drive and then i can put all my files and stuff on it. is that all i need to do?
