Need help finding RAM

Hi here is my specs for a brand new build I am working on!

 

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x

GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 2060 Turbo

MoBo: Asrock B450M Pro4

PSU: PowerSpec 500W 80+ Bronze

 

I tried using the Trident Z RGB 16GB (F4-3000C16D-16GTZR) but it does not work, only one RAM stick is detected and can run fully at 3000Mhz but when i plug in two RAM sticks, my monitor is just black.

 

I wonder which RAM would be a well fit for my setup? Doesn’t have to be super speed RAM, just enough for my CPU is fine.

HOW are you placing them on the Mobo?  Picture?

I tried any type of slots possible, but it only works with one stick. If I plug in the other stick, whereever the positions are, it just black. I find my one stick of ram works on the A2 slot tho.

Try one, then the other to find which one doesn^t work. If both work, then try putting them in dual channel. Not one next to the other.

 

It can happen than one is "broken", then go/send back to the shop to get a new one.
