Looking to hit tighter timings and higher clockspeeds, but I seem to be stuck between a rock and a hard place. Recently upgraded from my r5 2600. Same board though I decided to upgrade my ram from 3k @ 15cl, to something in the ballpark of 3.8k @ 14cl. Currently using an r5 3600 and the asus b450m tuf mobo. AEGESA and bios up to date as well as chipset drivers and things of the like. SHOULD I CONSIDER RAM OC IN RYZEN MASTER?

This is my current ram, though I haven't gotten anywhere with it. I managed to squeeze 3.6k @ 16cl but thats far from ideal considering the quality of the chips inside.

It claims a cas latency of 19 @ 4133, though we all know ryzen don't like that shit. Thermals aren't an issue.

I've changed many of the voltages and have PBO off in all capacities. I attempt to run FLCK in the 1:1 ratio specified by AMD, but I seem to have a ceiling @ 1800mhz. Ram is currently @ 3.2k, shit timings, 1.4x volts.

I'm at a loss for words and have no clue how to proceed. I've watched the LTT vids on ram and ryzen COUNTLESS times and I can't seem to consistently replicate their results across 3 different kits of ram. I've used the ryzen ram tool to no real avail, just another CMOS reset and reconfiguration until I have bootable timings, though always really latent (70+ ns 3600mhz @ cl 16; 1.4v ). Can't find much on this specific kit of ram and would appreciate any and all help lowering timings and reaching higher clockspeeds.  TYTY
