Drives not detected

Hello, im currently building a new pc and i was going to install windows but noticed my drives werent showing up.

I tried updating the bios but it didnt help, do you know what might help ?

 

System specs:

Ryzen 7 2700

Asus strix b450-f

16GB ram

GTX 1660ti

DRIVES - 

Samsung 970 EVO plus m.2 nvme SSD

Seagate Barracuda 2TB.

 

Update, tried swaping the ssd to the other m.2 slot and it detects the barracude but not the 970 EVO

When you install a M2 drive it disables some of the SATA ports.  Check your MOBO and manual and place you HDD in one of the none disabled ports.  It should find your M2 and HDD then.

Tried to plug the SATA drive into all of the different SATA ports and the only thing that happened is that after the first 2 not detecting the barracude the 3. to 6. detected it, but the SSD still isnt showing up.

I think you need to install a driver. Check your motherboard manufacturer for details.
