Why not just save up for a good PC in the first place, it's much cheaper in the long run.

If you're sure you want a streaming rig, then:

$30 over budget, but this is probably the most solid value for a rig when buying new rn:

Going much cheaper just gets you more and more compromises. The RX570 4GB drives stuff at 1080p high/ultra just fine depending on the game (I ran ultra textures, med for the rest of the settings and pushed 110-120fps in Destiny 2 with my 8600K back when I messed around with an RX570 4GB), the R5 1600 is a solid CPU and a good budget option for streaming due to being a proper 6c/12t CPU. Includes a cooler and everything too. The RAM was the cheapest stuff at that speed (it'll run at 2933Mhz with the R5 1600, anything faster doesn't work so no point spending more), and the HDDs are the best decent budget options I could find. PSU is solid, I've ran a 980 Ti off mine and it's still kicking to this day, got it back in 2017. Case is one of the cheapest units with good reviews.
