Yes, that's how a build all my Windows 10 ISOs and USB drives for installs, directly from Microsoft's site.

I have mine activated so I can't comment on that specifically but there are plenty of people who don't mind it from what I've seen.

Just activate Windows and the watermark will go away. Simple as that.
