PC keeps crashing

When I'm using my PC, the screen randomly turns off and the mouse and keyboard shut off. When i turn on the PC after it was off for a while, it runs for like 15 mins with no issues, but when i have to force restart it when it crashes, it works for like 5 mins after that. The pc itself stays on though and all the fans still spin. I swapped out my ram, but i have a ryzen 1300x, a gtx 1050ti, asrock a320m pro4, evga 450bt psu, and a seagate 2tb hdd. I turned off over temp protection to see if that'll do anything, but it didn't.

What's your CPU and GPU temperatures like, just before it switches off? 
Did the issues arise after installing your new ram?

I can't check right before it crashes (cuz i dunno when it'll crash) but when i check while playing games, they don't seem too high or too low

I had ram laying around so I put in in the computer to see if it'll do anything, but it still crashes.

Did you make any changes to hardware, install anything on your pc or update a software? before you started to see these crashes?

I had occasional crashes every couple of weeks, but ever since I updated to windows update 1903 it started crashing once a day, and then later 3 times a day and now every 15 mins.

Also the hard drive makes the same sound it makes when i shut off the pc so maybe the hard drive is turning off. The rest of the pc stays on though and i can't force shut it from the button bc it does nothing, I have to use the switch on the psu to do it.

Okay, I had a similar issue when upgrading to windows as well, however, I would receive a blue screen (System Service Exception,) to fix it I sent a minidump of the crash to the Microsoft support team and they noticed that Norton internet security was causing issues, after uninstalling that the constant crashes (for me) stopped.

nvm i just found out and the files in there were from july. There is nothing from the time when the crashes started happening so around the start of this month.
