pc upgrade

So I have a pc with a intel I5-6402p, rx460, 8gb ram and some crappy mo.bo and a 350watt psu. I am getting an rx vega 56 in a month or so and I would wan't to upgrade my pc for that gpu. I also get a case so thats not a problem i have 500-600 budget cas someone think of a build with the least of a bottleneck.

Where i live a can buy a Seasonic S12II-620Bronze (SS-620GB), 620 Watt 

one for 65 woulkd this also be enough?

I'm not too sure how good that power supply is, take a look at this list

No, you just need to update the BIOS before inserting the CPU using the flashback+ feature.
