I have a new setup with a

Ryzen 7 3700x

Noctua Nh-D15

Asus prime x570-p

Evga 850 G2 Gold+ power supply.

Asrock 5700xt

I plugged in all cables to the motherboard and even took out the graphics card and I get an LED light but no power when I hit the button or Jumpstart it with a screw driver. I hear a slight "click" when I press the button from the power supply but nothing happens. No fan movement or anything. I have tried to plug it on a power strip and straight into the wall. Is there a special way I have to plug in the power cables in the power supply? Any tips help. I can provide pics of needed. Thank you.
