Gtx 770 problems??

Soo i recently bought a new gigabyte gtx 770

 

im having one too many problems with it but the big bear in the room is that my pc takes now 3 mins to turn on as the pc stands in bios screen for two mins before it boots to windows..

 

It just sits there with a black screen and a B2 error code in the bottom left corner. After two beeps (which are about a minute apart) from the motherboard speaker it flashes the screen with rgb stripes then normally boots into windows with no error what so ever..

 

I read up on this topic that it is probably caused by old bios.. but since i cant get into UEFI with this card i ran MSI live update which told me that all my drivers and bios versions are up to date.. (perhaps it was just bios driver that i have updated?)

 

most of the users with a simular problem cant get into windows but i can boot into it just fine.. it works in games and it has no performance drops or any other anomalies.

 

will pluging my old 8600 GT back in and flashing the bios solve the problem?
