evga 2080ti black edition seem to warm

i been noticing while playing FFXIV or Destiny2 that my gpu has been hitting 84c temps i keep all my case fans running at 1500rpm my only concern is that normal for my setup 

my Build

Case:Corsair 570x

MotherBoard:Asus Rog Maximus x code

Cpu: I7-8700k

Aio: Corsair 150i pro running push pull 

Fans: Corsair ll120 

Ram: Corsair Vengeance rgb

Gpu:Evga 2080ti Black Edition

Psu: Corsair 650w rmi 

Top fans and rear are exhaust

At what RPM your GPU fans are running? And do they have a non-restricted access to fresh air?

Purify your Windows 10/11, don't give Microsoft anything that you don't want to share.

i have my fans on my gpu running at 100% and no its on my desk with nothing near it
