Thermal Pads Conduct Electricity? (Stupid Question)

Probably a really stupid question, but do any thermal pads (specifically the ones that come with EK backplates) conduct electricity

No, they not. If they did they wouldn't be one of the top block producers.

I bought a 7970 for $240 and am well pleased especially since they occasionally sell on ebay for  over $600

you can buy extremely thermally conductive pads that are also electrically conductive. 

 

 

but no. no manufacturer ships these pads with any blocks.
