So I have a problem, I recently bought a new GPU (Gtx 1060 3gb dual fan) and I placed it in my pc but the HP Splash screen won't go it stays there for years, I didn't encounter this issue until I replaced my old GTX 580 with this GTX 1060. Please, I need help.

My specs; 

ipisb-ch2 mobo (ami 7.12 version 2011) (Uefi bios version)

intel i5-2500 @ 3.30ghz overclocked to 3.40ghz

16ddr3 ram

did you try swapping back, or leaving no GPU in?

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
