Suggestion for PC build

My brother wants to buy a new PC and asked if i could help him the the configuration.

His primary uses are Media Consumption, Research on internet, Word processing etc.

Please suggest a configuration that would be usable for approx 5 yrs...

A dedicated GPU is not required, and Intel or AMD both are okay until its cost effective. 

Budget is $300-350 or INR 20-25K.

Please help...

Without the case it's 300$. if you decided to play a light game then i recommend using 3200G instead of 2200G since the clock its littl bit higher and can run such game like fornite 1080p60 at low-medium. as for the 220g its optimized at 720P
