today i went and install a pcie m.2 wifi +bt card

after i install on the lower pcie 1x slot it only detect bt not wifi (not even saying that the wifi has no driver)

so i switch to the 1x slot near my 16x slot(GPU)

after i boot up my pc my gpu fan started to sound very loud and won't post.

i turn off do a clear cmos and boot up i manage to get gpu working but it won't boot my m.2 nvme fast enough.. usually it take few second to 10 sec to see login screen...

now it will spin there 20 min before it show me the login screen.. i  only discover that it actually turn on after i leave it to do some other work, and check on it after recalling i let my pc turn on and notice windows is there.

is it possible my MB is faulty due to the PCIE wifi card i install?

i also notice when i try to boot from USB it does recognize and launch however when i try to do other think on the usb windows setup it will also lag and load for a long time..

that where i notice it may not be a windows issue.. but what...

Let the windows install completely, i think they will fix the drivers on the way.
