Stupid FPS drops

So, I just finished watching LCS and fancied a game of LoL. I get in game and my FPS goes from 60+ down to 11. I have a 3570k, 8gb of ram and a 7950.I turn my settings down and the fps just gets lower, so then I try turning the resolution down, and again it gets lower and lower. Does anyone have any idea whats going on? It's fine in any other game, and I played a game of LoL about 3 hours ago and it was fine. Also temps are all under 40 degrees. Help

Yeah, everything is up to date according to AMDs Gaming Evolved.

AMD drivers are notorious for fixing ½ your games when updating, and breaking the other ½... try updating / downgrading drivers... report back if that dosent help

Well I updated to the new one a while back and everything's been fine until now.

Anybody? I tried reinstalling and it's still an issue
