You can share video links, but you need to use the one provided in the "Share" window, not the one in the url.

Very likely this is indi music by epic themselves or licensed music by people who produced large swooths of music for use in said copyrighted titles to be re-used under license (Example:War Game Red Dragon main menu theme was such, which is why you would hear it used as well as backround music on major magazines Youtube videos, i believe possibly in discovery channel shows etc and similar.  It wasn't actually a theme of WarGame, it was a piece written to be used and sold.)

 

Said tracks ofc do have a Artist name and Track title, but rarely do they get mentioned outside of rare cases where they get fame for something else; Relevant Example for that(bonus if you recognize it from what its actually know, pop culture wise, for):
