at 450 for the processor I would still probably reccomend a Ryzen there. you could build a system with a i9 9900kf but with less cores I don't think the performance difference is worth it. in this build it has 2x16 ddr4 3000 sticks so if you decide later you want 64 gigs you can grab another kit depending on if what you are doing will actually use that much

Why didn't you reply to any of the people who tried to help you, and clarify what you wanted?  Making a new thread and leaving the old one hanging like that is a dickmove.
