Galaxy S3 Paranoid Android

I have a Verizon Galaxy s3 running paranoid android. There is one problem though. When I'm using my phone, around twenty percent, my phone shuts off and this thing shows and I have no idea what it is. After I charge after 2 min, I can restart it, but it is all the way at 0 percent and it actually says that. And it charges much slower. Every time. Sorry for the really bad picture. Doing it in the car.

Sorry. Really bad picture. The rectangle in the middle of the screen is what comes up. I had to do it quickly because it won't come up again unless I charge it to 100 percent and use till around 20. Really sorry again. I tried to take it as quickly as possible.
