speaker setup UNKNOWN

I just swapped from my old headphones to a shiny new pair of Logitech g533 wireless headset I can't seem to get my surround sound working at all through windows I used to use a speaker setup as windows spiritual sound but that won't work anymore with this the Logitech software says im 7.1 but windows won't let me it says speaker setup unknown I've tried updating drivers through the device manager etc it won't work used Logitech's and normal USB ones and i also have the newest windows 10 and i dont have the enhancements  tab for said headset
