Colour banding?

Hi, I have colour banding in sky in 3d games for example Skyrim, Fallout 3, when desactivate the antialising the problem is little, I tried Windows 7 and Windows 10 this issue is persistent, with old drivers I can't fix this issue and tried 2 motherboards, 6 slots of RAM, I tested rams with memtest86+ 0 errors, I test my gpu with furmark 0 artifacts and 0 errors and userbechmark test succesful with 0 errors, I tried three psu a corsair cx550m, seasonic s12ii 520 watts 80 plus bronze and sentey steel power nitro 550 watts 80 plus white and others gpu a GTX 1050 Asus dual OC, GTX 960 Strix with coil whine, integranted graphics and AMD Rx 550 arez and my new gtx 1050 Asus cerberus all with the same problem, also tried three mothers gigabyte h81m-h, Asus h81m-a and a Asus prime a320m-k, processors are tried a Intel pentium g3260, AMD athlon 200ge 3,2 GHz, Intel core i3 4170 3,7 GHz lga 1150, three hdd 3 wd caviar blue 7200 rpm, 1 ssd wd caviar blue and tour monitors a 3 LED and 1 LCD Samsung, LG and Kangxi, five cables HDMI, vga and dvi and use adapter HDMI to vga. Any fix?
