used rx570 / 580 , yes its quite overkill for Phenom  cpu, but I dont think the cpu will be that everlasting.

case is all up to personal preference, get any style you like

might want to add RAM for 2 X 4 GB

you can swap the Case tho if its too expensive. but for PSU, VGA that best bang for bucks
